Tellow is seeking an experienced Content Creator & SEO Specialist to build our company brand, to generate organic traffic, and to optimize paid content. In this role you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to define our SEO/content strategy and will also be in charge of execution. You will oversee initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and positive customer experience to attract new customers and to boost brand awareness across all of our channels.

As this is a new position, you will have full responsibility overseeing all content and content distribution. Therefore, a hands-on approach is required since you will need to translate technical information into digestible content for our target audience.

As Content Creator & SEO Specialist, you will:

• Investigate the demand for content through keyword research and competitor analysis
• Write compelling copy for landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, social media platforms and more
• Create and publish engaging, high-quality content
• Produce whitepapers, infographics, and graphics that support our brand identity
• Organize webinars, video and other interactive content
• Head our SEO strategy and efforts
• Keep current and prospective customers engaged through social media marketing
• Organize and execute real life events to expand our market reach
• Stay in touch with latest trends and implement new marketing developments
• Generate new ideas to increase engagement and attention

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency, preferably, a native level (written and spoken)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowledge and experience in blog writing, SEO optimization, and social media
• Passion for style guides and grammatical exactitude
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time-management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

Procedure

Upon review of your resume and cover letter, if you are selected, you will be invited to begin interviews with our team. The first round of those interviews will be with our marketing team via video call. After that, we will ask you to do an assignment related to your prospective role to test your skills in the field, as we believe this is a strong predictor of your future work. For senior roles a cognitive ability test and personality assessment will be part of the process.
