Your mission

To be the bookkeeping guru of the Customer team! You will help our customers use the platform efficiently, solve (finance) queries and provide them top-quality support.

Your job

You will be a valuable addition to our Customer team. By providing continuous support to our customers with regards to their bookkeeping and app-related queries, you will maintain positive relationships with them and be able to identify any current or potential issues or problems arising in our platform.

By using efficient and creative ways to solve problems and questions, you will leave customers feeling satisfied with our service and a positive impression of our brand.

  • Education in finance, statistics, bookkeeping, business or similar

  • 1-3 years experience with bookkeeping or financial administration

  • At least 1 year in a client-facing role (either Customer Support or Sales)

  • You are passionate about helping people, proactive and eager to learn

  • You are a strong communicator, fluent in Dutch and preferably English

  • You are adaptable, have a lot of personality and are a team player

  • You are available full-time
