With your innate talent to influence people and communicate clearly, you'll be able to convert trial users to premium users in no time.
Your day will begin with the rest of the Support team - sharing updates and defining priorities. Your focus will be on converting our users into paying customers and make sure they have a solid introduction to our platform.
With our knowledge base, you'll walk them through creating and sending invoices, scanning receipts and discovering how to link accounts. With your help, they will save time and become more efficient - this means you'll be helping them put their focus back into their passion (which is why they're an entrepreneur in the first place!).

Outstanding Dutch communication skills, and English would be beneficial
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably sales
Basic understanding of book-keeping and finance
Customer-oriented and empathetic
Affinity with mobile apps and digital solutions
Adaptable, proactive and enterprising
